ന്യൂ ഹൗസിംഗ് ഫിനാന്സ് സ്കീം (എന് എച്ച് എഫ് എസ്) എന്ന പേരില് അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന കെ എസ് എഫ് ഇ-യുടെ ഭവന വായ്പകളിലടക്കം മുന്നൂറോളം വായ്പകളുടെ കാര്യത്തില് കെ എസ് എഫ് ഇ കമ്പനിതല അന്വേഷണം നടത്തി വിവധ തരത്തിലുള്ള ക്രമക്കേടുകള് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അന്വേഷണ വിധേയമായ വായ്പകള് എല്ലാം തന്നെ കുടിശികയിലുമാണ്. ഹൗസിംഗ് ലോണിന് ജാമ്യം സ്വീകരിച്ച വസ്തുവിന്മേല് വീട് വയ്ക്കുകയോ നവീകരണം നടത്തുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല; പഞ്ചായത്ത് പരിധിയില് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ജാമ്യ വസ്തുവിന് ചുരുങ്ങിയത് അഞ്ച് സെന്റ് എങ്കിലും വേണം എന്ന കെ എസ് എഫ് ഇ-യുടെ ചട്ടം പാലിച്ചിട്ടില്ല; ഭാര്യയ്ക്കും ഭര്ത്താവിനും ഉള്പ്പെടെ ഒരേ കുടുംബത്തിലെ മൂന്ന് പേര്ക്ക് ഒരേ സമയം മൂന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്ത ഭവന വായ്പകള് നല്കി; വായ്പക്കാരുടെ തിരിച്ചടവ് ശേഷി പരിഗണിച്ചില്ല തുടങ്ങിയ ക്രമക്കേടുകള് ആണ് സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്.

പണിയുടെ നിശ്ചിത ഘട്ടങ്ങളും മാനേജര് നേരിട്ട് കണ്ടു വിലയിരുത്തണം എന്നാണ് കെ എസ് എഫ് ഇ-യിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥ.
ആരോപണം നേരിടുന്ന ആളുകളെ മാറ്റി നിര്ത്തി അന്വേഷണം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കുക എന്ന അംഗീകൃത കീഴ് വഴക്കം രാഷ്ട്രീയ സ്വാധീനമുള്ള ആളുകള്ക്ക് വേണ്ടി അട്ടിമറിച്ചത്

Case against KSFE officials including vigilance
Separate petition will be filed in the court to consider action against the senior officials, including the vigilance officers involved in protecting the Employees involved in the scam. the internal investigation reports were prepared keeping aside several important findings by the auditors.
The vigilance officers were directly negotiating with the customers to protect the KSFE employee involved in the scam, all the collected evidences will be submitted in the court of law.
